No Animals Allowed at Pool

It has come to our attention that some residents may be bringing pets to the pool area. We would like to remind everyone that, per Article 7.4.h of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), no animals, including dogs, cats, or any other pets, are allowed in or around the pool area. It has come to our attention that some residents may be bringing pets to the pool area. We would like to remind everyone that, per Article 7.4.h of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), no animals, including dogs, cats, or any other pets, are allowed in or around the pool area. This rule is in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all residents, including those with allergies or sensitivities.

Only humans are permitted in the pool area. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to this rule. If you observe any violations, please report them to Essex Management so appropriate action can be taken.
