On April 30, 2025, the Board of Directors, in an open meeting, reviewed all the estimated budget expenses for 2025. Through unanimous vote, the Board of Directors has voted to increase both the monthly Regular Assessment, and the monthly Insurance Assessment effective June 1, 2025. Regular Assessments have not been increased since June of 2021. Insurance Assessments increased as overall insurance costs have increased. Click Full Story for more information.

We have noticed that several members are leaving out their trash cans longer than what is designated within the Governing Documents. The rules of the Association require for members to bring out their trash containers no less than 7:00pm the night before the day of disposal and to remove/store your trash cans by 7:00pm the date of disposal. We ask that all members adhere to this to better alleviate this concern moving forward.

We ask that all members clean up after their pets while within the Common Areas of the Community. Not only is this unhealthy for other members, it is also unsightly. There are pet waste stations strategically located along buildings and within the walking paths for your use. The Association has contracted a service to clean the pet stations on a monthly basis. Please help keep the Association to alleviate this concern.
