As the Managing Agent for Villas of Middleton Townhome Owners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce there will be a Virtual Special Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 30th, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Virtual meetings are open session for listening and/or viewing only. The purpose of this meeting is to amend the 2025 approved budget regular assessment / insurance assessment and to discuss the normal business of the Association.
