Backyard Access Required for Irrigation Inspections

We’re pleased to inform you that Essex Property Management, in collaboration with US Site Services and your HOA Board, will commence a community-wide irrigation system inspection from Monday, October 20th to Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025.

To facilitate this work, access to all backyards, including those without grass, is required between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM each day. Please ensure your backyard gates are unlocked and easily accessible during these hours. For the safety of our workers and your pets, we kindly request that pets be kept indoors. Unfortunately, due to the amount of yards locked during the last inspection If you fail to leave your gates unlocked on the requested date, a trip charge for the vendors in the amount of $75.00 will be added to your account. Additionally, please mow your yards prior to the start date to ensure clear access, visibility, and safety.

This inspection will involve diagnosing and indicating any leaks, broken sprinklers, and/or stuck valves. Irrigation issues impact not only individual yards but also adjacent neighbors and common areas, making everyone’s cooperation essential for a successful outcome.
