Updated Pool Opening - Thursday, July 3rd 2025

As the Managing Agent for Villas of Middleton TOA, we are pleased to announce that the Community Pool will open on Thursday, July 3rd . The hours of operation will be from 9am-9pm. Click Full story for more information.

With the July 4th weekend right around the corner, we are pleased to announce the pool access system has now been installed and programmed for granting access into the pool.

DAILY POOL HOURS
Monday - Sunday
(9:00am – 9:00pm)

AS A REMINDER!
Each homeowner will receive ONLY one (1) pool key card per household.
Request your pool key card online through the Association’s website under the “Pool Access” tab.
All resale properties must retrieve pool key card from the previous owner of the property, or you may purchase a replacement/additional key card for $25 each. If you are wanting to purchase more than one key card, please submit a separate form.

🔑Residents will be allowed a Temporary Keypad Code to grant access into the pool until your key card is delivered via USPS with tracking.

No Glass allowed in pool area.
