Plant and Tree Replacements

As the Managing Agent for Villas of Middleton Townhome Owners Association Inc., we would like to update you regarding the plant and tree replacement project. Unfortunately, the ongoing irrigation system repairs have delayed the timing for planting. The Board of Directors for Villas of Middleton TOA, Inc. and Essex Association Management agree that planting should be rescheduled for 2025 early Spring to ensure the survivability of the plant material, and so that the TOA doesn’t incur additional replacement costs for plantings.
In the meantime, any remaining dead plants and trees will be removed, and Essex’s Compliance Department will be notified not to issue notifications for missing plant materials.
